Common questions
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. We are a design-and-build studio, so the same team draws the space and builds it. You sign one contract and deal with one project manager, which is what removes the usual gap between designer and contractor.
How long does an interior project take in Dubai?
A one-bedroom apartment refit usually runs 6 to 8 weeks on site. A full villa is typically 4 to 6 months. An office fit-out depends on landlord approvals, but 8 to 14 weeks is normal. Design and approvals sit before that and add 3 to 6 weeks.
Do you get the authority approvals?
Yes. Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA and free-zone or landlord NOCs are handled by us as part of the scope, and the submission timeline is written into your programme.
Can you work while I am outside the UAE?
Most of our clients are. Approvals happen over video call and shared 3D links, and you get a written progress report with photos every week.
What does it cost?
The starting figure for each service is on this page. The real number depends on area, finish level and condition of the space, so we only quote after a site visit, and the quotation is itemised line by line.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, 12 months on workmanship from the handover date, plus the manufacturer warranty on supplied items. Post-handover care plans extend that.
