Every line named and costed, with a programme. Nothing is charged before you approve it.
Before you write
What should I include in my first message?
The property type and area in square feet, roughly what you want done, your target timeline and a budget range if you have one. Photographs or a floor plan help more than anything else.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No. The site visit, measurement and the indicative range that follows are free. You only pay once you approve an itemised quotation.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, Sunday to Thursday. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on Sunday morning.
Can you work with my architect or contractor?
Yes. We regularly take the interior package on projects where the shell is being handled by someone else.
Do you take projects outside Dubai?
Yes, across the UAE, and we have delivered outside the country as well. Overseas work is quoted individually because shipping and mobilisation change the figure.
