These terms apply to your use of this website. Design and fit-out work is governed by the separate signed contract for your project, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

02Quotations and prices
Figures shown on this website, including any indicative range produced by the budget tool, are estimates for guidance only. They are not offers and they are not binding. A binding price is given only in a written, itemised quotation after a site visit, and it is valid for the period stated on that quotation.
03Project contracts
Work begins only once a written contract or signed quotation is in place. That document sets out the scope, the programme, the payment schedule, the variation procedure and the warranty. Where anything on this website conflicts with it, the signed document applies.
04Variations
Changes requested after approval, and unforeseen conditions found once work has started, are priced and approved in writing before the work is carried out. We do not proceed with chargeable work on a verbal instruction.
05Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, renders and 3D models we produce remain our intellectual property until paid for in full, after which you receive a licence to use them for the property they were made for. Photographs of completed work may be used in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that you would prefer otherwise.
06Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability in connection with the website is limited to nil, since it is provided free of charge. Liability for project work is set out in your contract.
07Third-party links
This site links to other websites, including YouTube and mapping services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
