Every figure on this site, including per-square-foot rates and anything produced by the budget tool, is indicative. Real prices depend on area, specification, the condition of the property and current material costs. Only a written itemised quotation is binding.
Programme durations shown are typical, not promised. Authority approvals, landlord processes, material lead times and site conditions all move them. Your contract carries the dates that apply to you.
Renders, walkthroughs and AR previews are representations. Colour and texture vary between screens and under real light, which is why we approve finishes from physical samples on site as well.
Photographs show completed projects and are not a promise that the same result is achievable in a different property, at a different budget, or within a different programme.
Guidance on Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, DEWA, DHA and Food Safety requirements is given in good faith and reflects our experience. Requirements change, and the relevant authority's current position always governs.
