About NexPinnacle Global
Where Design, Detail and Delivery Come Together
NexPinnacle Global provides integrated interior design, engineering, fit-out and maintenance services. We support clients from the earliest project discussions through design development, technical planning, site execution, quality control and final handover. Our approach brings creative thinking and practical delivery together—helping turn ideas into functional, distinctive and carefully considered interior environments.
The best results emerge when design intent, technical information and site execution remain aligned from beginning to end.
Built Around the Relationship Between Design and Execution
NexPinnacle Global was established with an understanding that interior design should not exist separately from the realities of construction and project delivery.
A concept may look impressive on screen, but its true value is revealed when it can be translated into a functional, buildable and carefully finished physical environment. That requires creative direction, technical development, suitable material choices, coordinated execution and consistent quality control.
Backed by 10 years of industry experience, we have developed an approach that connects these disciplines throughout the project journey. Our experience includes commercial, educational, hospitality and professional environments, with projects such as Hamoudi Center Commercial Mall, Al Barkha International School, Sing Hotel & Restaurant and interior services for Al Buruuj Construction Company in Djibouti, Africa.
Each project has strengthened our belief that the best results emerge when design intent, technical information and site execution remain aligned from beginning to end.

Where we are up to
The studio's own milestones, kept honest and updated as they happen.
Founded
The studio opens in Dubai
Started as a design practice working on villa interiors across Jumeirah and the Palm.
Workshop
Joinery brought in-house
Our own workshop opens, so cabinetry lead times and finish quality stop depending on subcontractors.
3D
Visualisation becomes standard
Every project is approved in photoreal 3D before anything is ordered or demolished.
Commercial
Offices, clinics and F&B added
The team takes on authority-approval work: DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, DHA and Food Safety.
Overseas
First project outside the UAE
Joinery shipped from Dubai and a project manager mobilised to Djibouti.
Now
Design, build and aftercare
Care plans keep us involved after handover instead of ending at the keys.
Principles Behind Every Project
Four things we will not trade away, whatever the project is worth.
- 01
Show it before building it
Photoreal 3D and physical samples, so approval happens on screen and on site rather than after the fact.
- 02
Price it honestly
Every line named and costed before a payment is taken. If something is found mid-project, it stops, gets photographed, gets priced and waits for your written approval.
- 03
Own the whole chain
Design, joinery, MEP coordination and site management under one roof, so nothing is anyone else's problem.
- 04
Stay after handover
A twelve-month workmanship warranty, plus care plans for clients who want us to keep the space the way we left it.
The people who do the work
Designers, 3D artists, joiners, engineers and project managers, all on our own payroll.
Founder & Design Director
Sets the design direction on every project and signs off each drawing package before it reaches site.
Head of Projects
Owns the programme: approvals, sequencing, subcontractors and the weekly report that lands in your inbox.
Lead 3D Visualiser
Builds every space in 3D before it is built in reality, matched to the real materials and the real light.
Site & Fit-Out Manager
Runs the site day to day and is the person your building management speaks to.
Head of Joinery
Runs the workshop, from shop drawings and prototypes through to finishing and delivery.
MEP Coordinator
Coordinates electrical, plumbing and HVAC so the finishes never have to be reopened.
Client Relations Manager
Your first call. Keeps approvals, documents and payments moving without chasing.
Procurement Lead
Sources materials and manages imports, lead times and customs so the programme holds.

What a Dubai client should be able to check before signing anything.
