Drawings before opinions
A detail is settled on paper, not argued about on site at 4pm with the trades waiting.
Site is not beneath anyone
Designers visit their own projects. You will see what your drawing turns into, and fix what it got wrong.
Say the bad news early
A delay told on Monday is a problem. Told on Friday it is a crisis. Nobody here is punished for the first.
Finish properly
The last five percent of a project is what a client remembers. We resource it instead of rushing it.

Interior Designer
- Full time
- Dubai, on site and studio
- 3+ years, UAE experience preferred
Own projects from concept to handover: layouts, materials, 3D, technical drawings and the site visits that keep them honest.
- AutoCAD and SketchUp or 3ds Max, to a production standard
- You have produced a real joinery detail that a workshop built
- Comfortable on a live site in a hard hat
- English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is useful on site
Site Supervisor
- Full time
- Dubai, site based
- 5+ years in UAE fit-out
Run the site day to day: sequencing, trades, quality, safety and the weekly client update.
- You can read a full drawing set and spot what is wrong with it
- Experience with Dubai Municipality or free zone inspections
- Firm with subcontractors without turning every day into an argument
- UAE driving licence
3D Visualiser
- Full time or contract
- Dubai or remote
- 2+ years
Turn our drawings into images and walkthroughs clients can decide from, and build the models that go into the 3D showcase.
- 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray, or Blender to an equal standard
- Lighting that reads as real, not as a render
- Able to optimise a .glb for the web without wrecking it
- A portfolio of interiors, not just exteriors
