How cancellations and refunds are handled at each stage.
Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to all bookings made through an enquiry, an estimate, or a signed project agreement.
A booking amount confirms your project slot and covers initial design work – site survey, space planning and the first round of 3D concepts. It is stated on your quotation before you pay it, and is the amount referred to throughout this policy as the booking amount.
If you cancel before the site survey has taken place, the booking amount is refunded in full less any payment gateway charges already incurred.
Once 3D concepts or drawings have been delivered to you, the booking amount covers that work and is non-refundable, since the design time has already been spent on your project.
If you cancel once site work or factory production has begun, you are billed for materials already ordered or fabricated specifically for your project, plus labour completed to date. The remaining, unbilled portion of your project value is refunded.
If we are unable to deliver your project as agreed for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of all payments made toward work not yet completed. This does not apply where the delay or cancellation is caused by force majeure, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider's own processing time.
Each milestone payment corresponds to a defined stage of completed work, confirmed to you through your dashboard before the payment request is raised. A milestone payment is not refundable once that stage of work has been completed and confirmed, whether or not the project continues afterward.
If you believe a deduction from your refund is incorrect, contact us with your project reference and we will review the itemised costs with you directly before the refund is finalised.
