Terms

The terms that apply when you book a project with us.

Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to all clients booking design or execution services with Nex Pinnacle Global.

This is a working draft covering the situations that come up most often in an interior design contract. Please have it reviewed by a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction before relying on it as your final published terms.

01 Acceptance of these terms

By signing a project agreement, paying a booking amount, or instructing us in writing to begin work, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please raise it with your project manager before booking – we would rather resolve it up front than after work has started.

02 Services we provide

We offer interior design, 3D visualization, and execution – including residential and commercial fit-outs, modular kitchens and wardrobes, and turnkey projects covering civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture and styling. The exact scope for your project is the one written into your signed quotation, not any earlier verbal discussion.

What is not included unless stated

Structural or load-bearing changes, government permits and NOCs, and any item explicitly marked "by client" on your quotation remain your responsibility unless we have agreed in writing to handle them.

03 Quotations & pricing

Every quotation is itemised by room and by trade. The quoted price is fixed against that written scope. It changes only when you request an addition or a material upgrade, and any such change is confirmed back to you in writing, with the revised price, before we proceed with it.

Site condition assumptions

Quotations assume the site is in the condition described at the time of survey. Hidden issues uncovered once work begins – old wiring behind a wall, for instance – are flagged to you immediately with a separate cost estimate before we continue.

04 Payment terms

Payments are milestone-based: a booking amount to confirm the project, staged payments tied to completed work, and the balance at handover. Each payment request is accompanied by a PDF invoice through your dashboard.

Late payment

If a milestone payment is more than 7 days overdue, we may pause on-site work until it is settled. This does not extend your handover date beyond the length of the pause itself.

05 Timelines & delays

Your signed quotation carries an estimated handover date. Delays caused by us are communicated as soon as we are aware of them, along with a revised date. Delays caused by late client decisions, late payments, or site access restrictions are not treated as delays caused by us, and the schedule adjusts accordingly.

06 Your responsibilities

  • Providing site access during agreed working hours.
  • Responding to design and material approvals within 3 working days, so the schedule does not stall.
  • Settling milestone payments on the agreed dates.
  • Informing us of any structural, electrical or plumbing history not visible at survey.

07 Warranty

Ten years on modular cabinetry against manufacturing defects, one year on site work and finishes such as painting, tiling and false ceiling, and the original manufacturer's terms on any appliances or fittings we install on your behalf. Warranty terms are documented in your handover file. Damage from misuse, unauthorised alterations, or events outside our control is not covered.

08 Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the value of that project's contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of rent or business income arising from a delay, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09 Design ownership

Design concepts, drawings and 3D renders we produce remain our intellectual property until the project is paid for in full, at which point ownership of the design as applied to your specific space transfers to you. We may photograph the completed project for our own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before handover.

10 Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control – natural disaster, government action, civil unrest, or supply chain disruption affecting materials. The affected party will notify the other as soon as practicable and the schedule will be revised accordingly.

11 Disputes & governing law

We aim to resolve any disagreement directly with you first. If that is not possible, disputes are handled according to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in your specific project agreement, which may vary by country of execution (Djibouti, UAE or India).

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force for your project is the one current at the date your agreement was signed. Material changes to standing terms will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
